At HR Consultant, every month, we receive resumes from executives who are in the process of searching for employment or who are looking for a growth opportunity. We analyze those profiles to identify the appropriate service we will provide for each one of them.

Our sales team internally assign each profile and contact the interested parties, providing them with a detailed explanation of each of our services, which includes presenting their resume to headhunters, HR directors, and other sources, all in addition to the executive coaching we provide.

We conduct online interviews, where each salesperson will learn more about the candidate needs in order to offer them our President, Premium or Platinum membership, where the difference between each one lies in the number of personnel at their disposal.

HR Consultant commitment goes as far as when the company interviews the client. When a company hires a HR Consultant´s client, the client pays a success commission, which is 120% of the monthly salary in the President membership and 100% of the monthly salary in the Premium and Platinum memberships.

PRESIDENT MEMBERSHIP

Price: $42,000.00 (taxes not included)

120% of the monthly salary (before taxes).

Includes:
• Lifetime contract.
• 2 months of personal liaison executive.
• Complete coaching.
Deliverables:
  Search for managers and vacancies in companies.
• 1st month: 30 endorsements to 30 companies with the director, vp, president,
advisor or owner to whom you could report.
• 2nd month: 30 endorsements.                                                                                                                                           
Total 2 months: 60 endorsements to managers or the Human Resources area.
• Daily and active search for vacancies in the Head Hunters network.
• 20 Head Hunters that will be contacted to share the profile in a Split commission
system.

PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP

Price: $53,000.00 (taxes not included)

100% of the monthly salary (before taxes).

Includes:
• Lifetime contract.
• 2 personal liaison executive for a 2-month period.
• Complete coaching.
Deliverables:
• Search for managers and vacancies in companies.
• 1st month: 60 endorsements to 60 companies with the director, vp, president,
advisor or owner to whom you could report.
• 2nd month: 60 endorsements.

Total 3 months: 120 endorsements to managers or the Human Resources area.
• Daily and active search for vacancies in the Head Hunters network.
• 40 Head Hunters that will be contacted to share the profile in a Split commission
system.

PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP

85% of the monthly salary (before taxes).

Includes:
• Lifetime contract.
• 2 personal liaison executive.
• First personal liaison executive for a 2-month period.
• Second personal liaison executive for a 4-month period.
• Complete coaching.

Price: $95,000.00 (taxes not included)

50% of the monthly salary (before taxes).

Includes:
• Lifetime contract.
• 2 personal liaison executive.
• First personal liaison executive for a 2-month period.
• Second personal liaison executive for a 6-month period.
• Complete coaching.
Deliverables:
• Search for managers and vacancies in companies.
• First six months: 150 endorsements to 150 companies with the director, vp, president,
advisor or owner to whom you could report.
• 7th month: 25 endorsements to 25 companies with the director, vp, president,
advisor or owner to whom you could report.
• 8th month: 25 endorsements to 25 companies with the director, vp, president,
advisor or owner to whom you could report. (Companies and head hunters are monitored)

Total 8 months: 200 endorsements to managers or the Human Resources area.
• Daily and active search for vacancies in the Head Hunters network.
• 160 Head Hunters that will be contacted to share the profile in a Split commission
system.
