HÉCTOR OLVERA SÁINZ
Founder and CEO of HR Consultant
In my career I have had the opportunity to work as a manager in companies such as Grupo Salinas, ING and MetLife. In 2009, I started developing many human resources projects, competing with local firms, until Centro Fox and the former president of Mexico brought UST Global to the country and gave me the honor of taking more than 150 positions. During 2010 I founded HR Consultant to offer Coaching and Outplacement services. Today, HR Consultant also offers Head Hunting, Job Hunting, and Representation.
In 2016, we opened our market to the United States and Canada. Then, in 2018 it was Spain, followed by Colombia, Chile and Argentina in 2019. Top technology and alliances with several companies have allowed us to manage strategic positions.
The adventure of serving growing managers is exciting because people are the best thing about this life. I can proudly say that «I love my job, I admire my team, and I want to continue serving my clients until the day God calls me home.»
Adriana Olvera
Director of Coaching
I have a degree in Business Administration by the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. I also attended seven semesters of the Communication career at Universidad Iberoamericana de León.
From 2008 to 2012 I was Human Resources director at Intermedia, and since September 2012, I have been working at HR Consultant as director of coaching.

I am a result oriented professional, with extensive experience in human resources, recruitment, and selection at both directive and management level.
I currently am the Liaison Director at HR Consultant, where I am responsible for promoting the company’s strategies and developing my team potential. Furthermore, I also manage the Financial and Operational areas and its resources.
Throughout my career at HR Consultant, I have had the opportunity to place executives in management positions through extensive strategic alliances with multinational companies and Head Hunters. I am a person who likes to help her colleagues and who can always be trusted. Being methodical, proactive, and responsible, I like to form effective work teams supporting them in their development, transformation and growth.
SUSANA GOMEZ REVILLA

I am a professional with more than 5 years in outplacement, leading the Public Relations area and guiding my team to results above expectations. I am a mind strategist who is always looking for the path to success.
Specialist in creating bilateral relationships with suppliers and high-performance customers, I manage to obtain tangible and accurate results.
Previously I had the opportunity to work at the Metropolitan Park of León, as part of several projects including «El Parque Carcamos», and the electronic music festival «World of Wonders».
BERENICE AYALA
Liaison Manager
I own a Business Administration degree with certification in professional coaching by the UVM. I have more than 8 years of experience in human resources, specialized in staff recruitment at management and directive levels in both corporate and global companies. Likewise, I have implemented attraction, retention, linkage, digital recruitment and business branding strategies in each of the companies I have collaborated at.
I am currently part of the HR Consultant team, where I have achieved strategic alliances with headhunters and HR Managers in national and international companies, successfully achieving placements of high-impact executives at management and directive levels.
MARICRUZ GONZALEZ
Liaison Manager
I am an executive with more than 13 years of experience in Administrative and Recruitment positions, within international companies such as Banorte Generali and Citi Afore Banamex, always focused on personal and professional growth.
I currently work as Liaison Manager at HR Consultant, promoting and placing high-impact executives (at management and directive levels); developing alliances with companies and headhunters to provide perfect-match-candidates for their vacancies. Furthermore, my greatest satisfaction is to be able to accompany each candidate throughout every assistance process until finally achieving the placement in their new job, placing them in the best opportunity for their professional and personal growth.
